  1. Where is the venue? The Lakeside Pavilion is at 307 Buena Vista Dr in Marble Falls, Texas, approx. an hour’s drive West of Austin

  2. Is it indoors or outdoors? The Lakeside Pavilion is an indoor venue

  3. Where can I camp, do I need a reservation, and are there any hookups?

    Due to construction at Lakeside Park where the Lakeside Pavilion is, the City of Marble Falls has decided that limited overnight parking will be allowed there. We can only fit artist and staff RVs and campers at Lakeside Pavilion.

    There will be plenty of event parking for cars at the Lakeside Pavilion.

    There are two options for parking RVs and campers:

    1. At the yellow lot adjacent to Brass Hall, at the intersection of 2nd St. and Ave J.

    2. At the orange lot which is at the corner of Main St. and Yett St. Please enter across from the Skate Park.

    You do not need a reservation, the camping is free to attendees. There are no marked spots. There are no electrical, water or sewer hookups. No loud generators are allowed, as this is in a residential area. Quiet generators are ok. Also, quiet hours are observed in the camping areas from 11pm until 8am.

    Camping will be permitted starting Thursday afternoon, Jan 31st at 3pm and you must be vacated from the area by Monday morning.

    If you are camping with us, you can bring pets in your motorhome or camper but they are not allowed in the venue. No aggressive dog breeds allowed on property PERIOD.

  4. When can I arrive with my RV or camper and how long can I stay? Camping will be permitted starting Thursday afternoon, Jan 31st at 3pm and you must be vacated from the area by Monday morning.

  5. Can I bring in my cooler? Coolers are not allowed inside the building, as we have a licensed TABC bar providing the alcohol. You CAN bring in your own soft drinks and you CAN bring in your own food if you like.

  6. Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed at this event. Please leave your emotional support peacocks at home. If you are camping with us, you can bring pets in your motorhome or camper but they are not allowed in the venue. No aggressive dog breeds allowed on property PERIOD.

  7. Can I bring children? Unfortunately this is an 18 and up event

  8. Will there be food? Yes, Soap Creek Saloon Cookers will be providing BBQ and we are also have the Hecho En Queso food truck, which has chicken and beef tacos and burgers. There will be a dinner break on Saturday from 5-7 so that you may take in the local Marble Falls restaurants.

  9. Do I have to sign up for the Pub Crawl on January 31st? No, just show up at Bill’s Burgers at 5pm

  10. Where do I pick up my Pub Crawl t-shirts? You can pick up your Pub Crawl t-shirts at the Hampton Inn Marble Falls starting at 3pm on Thursday, January 31st

  11. Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, we will have Lone Star Luau long sleeve tees,Pub Crawl long sleeve tees,  patches, and a limited number of ball caps. All artists performing on the Luau will have their merchandise for sale in the designated area in the back of the venue. Thom & Coley will have their new CD available at the event

  12. When is the VIP Luncheon? The VIP will begin at noon on Friday at the Lakeside Pavilion. Lunch is complimentary for VIPs and sponsors.

  13. What time does the event kick off? Our “I Wasn’t Gonna Drink Today” Pub Crawl begins ThursdayJan 31 at 5pm at Bill’s Burgers in Marble Falls. Feb 1 Friday’s music begins at 2pm with doors opening at 1pm,  and goes until 10:30pm. Feb 2 Saturday starts at 10am with doors opening at 9am and goes until 11pm. Feb 3 Sunday starts at 10:30 with doors opening at 9:30 and goes until 3pm.

  14. Where can we watch the Super Bowl? Brass Hall will be showing the Super Bowl on it’s big screen on Sunday.
