  1. What are the dates? Feb 4-7, 2021 at the brand new Margaritaville Lake Resort in Conroe, Texas.

  2. Is there a group code for the resort when booking rooms? YES, use LSL. Visit our lodging page for more info

  3. Will the festival be held if Covid numbers continue to rise? AS OF November, the Luau is still on. Should it need to be rescheduled, your tickets will still be good for the following year, as we have a contract with the Margaritaville Resort for 2022 also. We will follow all safety protocols that are necessary. If you have any lung conditions, you may want to postpone your trip until 2022.

  4. Is it indoors or outdoors? Indoors

  5. Where can I camp, do I need a reservation, and are there any hookups? We have a very limited number of RV spaces on the property available for $145 for the whole weekend. They DO NOT have hookups. There is also a KOA Campground nearby.

  6. Can I bring in my cooler? Coolers are NOT allowed inside the building, as we have a licensed TABC bar providing the alcohol.

  7. Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed at this event.

  8. Can I bring children? Unfortunately this is an 18 and up event.

  9. Will there be food? Yes, Margaritaville Resort has many restaurants and to-go options.

  10. Can sponsors attend the VIP luncheon? Where do sponsors sit?  Sponsors are invited to the VIP luncheon which happens on Friday at noon. And Sponsors get table seating down front.

  11. Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, we will have Lone Star Luau long sleeve tees, koozies, sunglasses, patches, and a limited number of ball caps. All artists performing on the Luau will have their merchandise for sale in the Luau Store near the ballroom.

  12.  Refunds: You can get a full refund for your passes up until November 18. Or you can hold your passes until the next Luau in 2022.
