Out of concern for the pandemic, we have decided to make the call to postpone our event until February 3-6, 2022.

  1. What are the dates? Feb 3-6, 2022 at the brand new Margaritaville Lake Resort in Conroe, Texas.

  2. Is there a group code for the resort when booking rooms? YES, Click HERE

  3. If I want to keep my passes the same for 2022, do I need to do anything?  No, your passes will be honored for the following year and you don’t have to do anything. You DO need to confirm your hotel reservation with the resort.

  4. Can I get a refund? Yes, you can get your passes refunded but we hope that you just hold onto them until 2022

  5. Is it indoors or outdoors? The music happens indoors, but there are some outdoor bars, an outdoor waterpark, boats you can rent, a huge lakefront, AND a heated pool!

  6. Where can I camp, do I need a reservation, and are there any hookups? We have a very limited number of RV spaces on the property available for $145 for the whole weekend. They DO NOT have hookups. There is also a KOA Campground nearby.

  7. Can I bring in my cooler? Coolers are NOT allowed inside the building, as we have a licensed TABC bar providing the alcohol.

  8. Are pets allowed? No pets are allowed at this event.

  9. Can I bring children? Unfortunately this is an 18 and up event.

  10. Will there be food? Yes, Margaritaville Resort has many restaurants and to-go options.

  11. Can sponsors attend the VIP luncheon? Where do sponsors sit?  Sponsors are invited to the VIP luncheon which happens on Friday at noon. And Sponsors get table seating down front.

  12. Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, we will have Lone Star Luau long sleeve tees, koozies, sunglasses, patches, and a limited number of ball caps. All artists performing on the Luau will have their merchandise for sale in the Luau Store near the ballroom.
